Private Sessions: NLP, Hypnosis & HeartMath

Often when someone has been broken down emotionally over a long period of time, they have established negative neural pathways in the brain that reinforce dysfunction. I use NLP, HeartMath and hypnosis to help you disrupt this dysfunction and, perhaps more importantly, establish permanent positive patterns of thought to replace it.

I offer personal NLP, hypnosis and HeartMath sessions for my hourly rate of $125. These sessions are offered in person or over Zoom or FaceTime, so you can work with me from anywhere. I typically suggest that a new client plan to meet with me five or six times to address deep-seated emotional trauma.

Audio Visual Entrainment at Home

I use Audio Visual Entrainment in my practice, and I also offer this technology as a home solution that is equally effective and at a fraction of the cost.

Workshops

I also offer group workshops that include 10 hours of recorded instruction for $200 for my prerecorded workshops and $400 for live workshops. These workshops can be attended in person or over Zoom. They are just as effective remotely as they are in person. You can read more on the Workshops page.
